To sync the EK 3241 with a transmitter, ensure both devices are turned on. Select the same frequency on both the receiver and transmitter using the frequency selection buttons. Refer to the frequency chart in the user manual for assistance.
Check that the receiver and transmitter are on the same frequency. Verify all connections to the audio output. Ensure the volume on the connected device is turned up. Check the batteries in both the receiver and transmitter.
