To set the clock, press the 'Clock' button, enter the current time using the number pad, and press 'Enter/Start' to confirm.
Ensure that the microwave door is fully closed and latched. Check if the microwave is set to the correct power level. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact Samsung support.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with mild detergent and water. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads. For stubborn stains, microwave a cup of water for a few minutes to loosen grime before wiping.
Use the 'Auto Defrost' feature. Enter the weight of the food and press 'Start'. The microwave will automatically set the time and power level.
Sparking can occur if there is metal inside the microwave. Remove any metal objects and ensure that no foil is touching the sides. If sparking continues, contact a technician.
Select the 'Sensor Cook' option, choose the type of food, and press 'Start'. The microwave will automatically adjust cooking time and power.
Regularly wipe down the exterior with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Check and clean the air vents to prevent dust buildup.
Keep the interior clean and regularly use a solution of water and lemon juice, microwaved for a few minutes, to neutralize odors.
Check if the Child Lock feature is activated. If so, deactivate it by holding the 'Stop/Cancel' button for 3 seconds. If the issue persists, perform a power reset by unplugging the microwave for a few minutes.
Remove the vent grille by unscrewing it, insert the charcoal filter, and then reattach the grille. Ensure the filter is positioned correctly for optimal performance.
