To connect your TV to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > General > Network > Open Network Settings. Select Wireless, choose your network, and enter the password.
First, check the power cord and ensure it is securely connected. Try using a different power outlet. If the issue persists, perform a power reset by unplugging the TV for 30 seconds.
To update the firmware, go to Settings > Support > Software Update > Update Now. Ensure the TV is connected to the internet before proceeding.
For optimal picture quality, set the TV to Movie Mode, adjust the backlight to your preference, and ensure the Auto Motion Plus feature is set to Custom or Off.
Screen flickering can be caused by power fluctuations or HDMI cable issues. Ensure the cable is secure and try a different HDMI port. If flickering continues, adjust the Picture settings by disabling Auto Motion Plus.
To enable HDR, go to Settings > Picture > Expert Settings and set HDMI UHD Color to On for the HDMI port connected to your HDR device.
Check that the TV is not muted and the volume is up. Ensure the audio output settings are correct by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. If using external speakers, verify connections.
To reset, navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Reset. Enter your PIN (default is 0000) and confirm the reset.
Ensure the HDMI cable is properly connected and functioning. Try a different HDMI cable and port. Also, verify that the device is powered on and that the TV is set to the correct input source.
Improve streaming quality by ensuring a strong Wi-Fi signal. Use a wired Ethernet connection if possible. Additionally, close other apps that may be using bandwidth and check for updates to the streaming app.
