To perform a self-cleaning cycle, first remove all racks and accessories from the oven. Close the door and select the pyrolytic cleaning function on the control panel. Follow the prompts to set the duration of the cleaning cycle, then start the process. The oven door will lock automatically and the cycle will begin. Once completed, allow the oven to cool before wiping away any ash residue.
If the oven door is not unlocking, ensure that the pyrolytic cleaning cycle has completely finished and the oven has cooled down sufficiently. The door remains locked for safety reasons until the interior temperature is safe. If it still doesn't unlock after cooling, try restarting the oven or consult the user manual for additional troubleshooting steps.
Check if the oven is properly connected to the power supply and that the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. Ensure that you've selected the right cooking function and temperature settings. If the problem persists, there might be an issue with the heating element or thermostat, which would require professional service.
First, ensure the oven is turned off and completely cool. Locate the light cover inside the oven and unscrew it. Carefully remove the old bulb and replace it with a new one of the same type and wattage. Screw the light cover back on and test the bulb by turning the oven on briefly.
It's important to remove all cookware, trays, and accessories before starting a pyrolytic cleaning cycle. The high temperatures can damage them. Only use cookware that is marked as pyrolytic-safe when cooking in the oven, but these should not be in the oven during cleaning.
To set the timer for delayed cooking, select the desired cooking function and temperature. Press the timer button and set the start time by using the control knobs or buttons. Confirm the settings and the oven will automatically start cooking at the scheduled time.
Smoke during oven use can be caused by food spills or residue on the oven interior. Ensure the oven is clean before use, and remove any large food debris. If smoke persists, check that the heating elements are not faulty or damaged.
The pyrolytic filter should be cleaned regularly, at least once every few months, or more often if the oven is used frequently. Remove the filter according to the manual's instructions, clean it with warm soapy water, rinse, and dry it thoroughly before replacing.
The grill function should always be used with the oven door closed to ensure optimal cooking results and to prevent heat from escaping, which could damage the control panel. Always follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for safe use.
If the control panel is unresponsive, check the power supply and ensure the oven is properly plugged in. Try resetting the oven by turning it off at the mains for a few minutes. If the issue persists, there may be a fault that requires professional service.
