Polaris RZR Trail 900, RZR Trail S 900 Owner's Manual

Polaris recommends using their PS-4 Extreme Duty Full Synthetic 10W-50 Engine Oil for optimal performance in the RZR Trail 900 and RZR Trail S 900.
The air filter should be inspected every 50 hours of operation and cleaned or replaced as needed, especially if you ride in dusty conditions.
The recommended tire pressure for the RZR Trail S 900 is 12 PSI for both front and rear tires. Always check the tire pressure before each ride.
If your RZR Trail 900 won't start, check the battery connections, ensure the fuel level is adequate, and inspect the spark plugs for wear.
After 100 hours, change the engine oil and filter, inspect and clean the air filter, check the drive belt condition, and lubricate all grease fittings.
Adjust the preload on the shocks to suit the terrain. Softer settings are ideal for rough terrain, while firmer settings are better for smooth trails.
Stop the vehicle and check for any obvious issues like low oil levels or overheating. If no issues are found, consult the owner's manual and consider taking it to a dealer.
Clean the vehicle thoroughly, change the oil, fill the gas tank and add a stabilizer, disconnect the battery, and store the RZR in a dry, covered area.
Potential causes include a clogged radiator, low coolant levels, or a malfunctioning thermostat. Regular maintenance can help prevent these issues.
To improve fuel efficiency, ensure regular maintenance, keep tires properly inflated, avoid excessive idling, and drive at consistent speeds.
