To perform an oil change, first warm up the engine. Then, remove the drain plug and allow the oil to completely drain. Replace the drain plug, install a new oil filter, and refill with the recommended oil type and quantity.
Check the battery connections and ensure the battery is charged. Verify that the fuel is fresh and the fuel pump is working. Inspect the fuses and check for any error codes.
Inspect the air filter every 50 hours of operation or more frequently in dusty conditions. Clean or replace as necessary to ensure optimal engine performance.
The recommended tire pressure for the RZR 570 is typically 12 PSI for both front and rear tires. Always check the owner’s manual for specific details.
To adjust the suspension, locate the preload adjusters on the shocks. Turn them clockwise to increase preload for a stiffer ride or counterclockwise for a softer ride. Refer to the manual for specific settings based on load and terrain.
Check tire pressure and condition, inspect brakes, test lights and signals, ensure steering and throttle operation, and verify fluid levels including coolant and oil.
Ensure the radiator is not blocked by debris. Check coolant levels and inspect the cooling fan for proper operation. A thermostat or water pump issue could also cause overheating.
Regularly inspect the drive belt for wear or damage. Clean the clutch and belt area from dust and debris. Replace the belt if you notice cracks or excessive wear.
To engage the AWD system, press the AWD switch located on the dashboard. The system automatically switches from 2WD to AWD when it detects wheel slippage.
Check the air filter and fuel filter for blockages. Inspect the spark plugs and ensure they are in good condition. Also, verify that the clutch is working correctly and not slipping.
