For optimal performance, Polaris recommends using Polaris PS-4 Synthetic 5W-50 for both the ACE 325 and 570 INTL models.
It is recommended to change the oil every 50 hours of operation or every 6 months, whichever comes first, to ensure the engine runs smoothly.
Check the battery connections for corrosion, ensure the battery is charged, inspect the spark plug, and make sure the fuel tank is not empty. If the problem persists, consult a certified technician.
Perform a visual inspection of the vehicle, check and change the oil if needed, inspect brakes and tires for wear, lubricate necessary parts, and ensure all bolts and nuts are tight.
The recommended tire pressure is 5 psi (34.5 kPa) for the front tires and 5 psi (34.5 kPa) for the rear tires.
Maintain proper tire pressure, perform regular engine maintenance, use recommended fuel types, and avoid aggressive driving to improve fuel efficiency.
Check the coolant level, inspect the radiator for blockages, ensure the cooling fan is operational, and verify the thermostat is functioning properly.
To adjust the idle speed, locate the idle adjustment screw on the throttle body and turn it clockwise to increase RPM or counterclockwise to decrease RPM. Consult the manual for the recommended idle speed.
Remove the seat and air filter cover, take out the old filter, clean the air box, insert the new filter, and reattach the cover and seat.
To winterize, clean the vehicle thoroughly, change the oil and filter, add a fuel stabilizer, inflate the tires, disconnect the battery, and store it in a dry, sheltered area.
