To perform a factory reset on the Onkyo TX SR800, turn the unit on and press and hold the VCR1 button while pressing the Standby/On button. This will reset the receiver to its default settings.
Ensure that all speaker connections are secure and that the correct input source is selected. Also, check that the receiver is not on mute and the volume is turned up. If the issue persists, try resetting the receiver.
The Onkyo TX SR800 does not support firmware updates via software. If you suspect a firmware issue, contact Onkyo support for assistance.
The Onkyo TX SR800 does not have built-in Bluetooth. To connect via Bluetooth, you need an external Bluetooth adapter connected to one of the audio inputs.
