To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add the appropriate amount of detergent, close the door securely, select your desired wash program using the control dial, and press the start button.
If the machine is not draining, first check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Ensure the filter is clean and free of debris. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further troubleshooting.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it from the machine by pulling it out completely and pressing the release lever. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residue, and use a brush to clean the compartments if necessary. Reinsert the drawer once clean and dry.
To maintain your washing machine, clean the detergent drawer and door seal monthly, check and clean the filter every two months, and run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner every three months.
Excessive vibration may be due to an unbalanced load. Try redistributing the laundry evenly in the drum. Also, ensure the machine is level on the floor and that all transit bolts have been removed.
To reduce energy consumption, wash full loads instead of partial ones, use eco-friendly wash programs, and opt for lower temperature settings when possible. Regular maintenance can also improve the machine's efficiency.
If the door won't open, wait a few minutes to allow the lock mechanism to release. If it still doesn’t open, ensure the machine has fully drained. Refer to the manual for emergency door release procedures if necessary.
Prevent odors by regularly cleaning the drum and door seal, leaving the door open after washes to allow air circulation, and using the correct amount of detergent. Running a hot wash occasionally can also help prevent odors.
Common error codes include E1 (water supply issue), E2 (drainage issue), and E3 (door lock issue). Refer to the user manual for specific resolutions, such as checking water connections or ensuring the door is closed properly.
To adjust the spin speed, select your wash program, and then use the spin speed button to cycle through the available options. Choose the desired speed based on the type of fabric and drying requirements.
