To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent to the dispenser, select the desired wash program using the control dial, and press the start/pause button.
Ensure that the machine is properly plugged in and the door is securely closed. Check if the water supply is turned on. If the problem persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the user manual.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out gently. Rinse it under warm water to remove any detergent residues. Use a soft brush if necessary to clean hard-to-reach areas.
Check all hoses for tight connections and any signs of damage. Ensure that the door seal is intact and free from debris. If the issue continues, contact a professional technician for assistance.
It is recommended to clean the drum once a month. Run an empty cycle with hot water and a drum-cleaning agent or white vinegar to remove any build-up.
Excessive vibrations can be caused by an unbalanced load. Stop the cycle and redistribute the clothes evenly in the drum. Check if the machine is level and adjust the feet if necessary.
Check the drain hose for any blockages or kinks. Clean the pump filter to ensure it is not clogged. If the issue persists, consider consulting a technician.
Regularly wipe the door seal with a damp cloth to remove any detergent or lint build-up. Ensure it is dry after each wash to prevent mold growth.
Do not overload the drum. Ensure that heavy and light items are evenly distributed around the drum, and avoid cramming clothes to allow proper movement during the wash.
Use cold water wash programs when possible, run full loads, and choose high-efficiency detergent. Regular maintenance like cleaning the filter and ensuring the machine is level can also help.
