To properly load clothes, ensure that items are evenly distributed and not tangled. Avoid overloading the dryer to ensure efficient drying and reduce wear on the machine.
First, check if the dryer is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the door is closed securely and that the start button is fully pressed.
Remove the lint filter from the dryer door, remove the collected lint by hand or with a soft brush, and then replace it securely. Clean it after every load to maintain efficiency.
Check if the lint filter is clean and the exhaust vent is clear of obstructions. Overloading the dryer can also increase drying times.
Remove clothes immediately after the cycle ends and fold or hang them right away. Use the dryer’s wrinkle prevention setting if available.
It is recommended to clean the exhaust vent at least once a year to ensure efficient operation and to prevent fire hazards.
Inspect for any foreign objects in the drum or lint trap. Check if the dryer is level and the load is balanced. If noises persist, contact a professional technician.
Refer to the user manual for guidance on selecting cycles based on fabric type and load size. Use the corresponding cycle for the best results.
It is not recommended to dry shoes in the dryer as it can cause damage to both the shoes and the dryer. Air drying is a safer option.
Regularly clean the lint filter and exhaust vent, avoid overloading, and ensure the dryer is placed on a level surface. Schedule professional maintenance annually.
