To set the timer, press the 'Timer' button, use the '+' and '-' buttons to adjust the time, and then press 'Start' to activate the countdown.
First, check that the cooker is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker hasn't tripped. If the power supply is fine, ensure the temperature setting is correct, and inspect the heating element for any visible damage.
Remove the burners and soak them in warm, soapy water. Use a non-abrasive scrubber to clean any residue. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reassembling.
Use a mixture of baking soda and water to create a paste. Apply it to the interior surfaces and let it sit overnight. Wipe it down with a damp cloth, and use vinegar to remove any remaining residue.
Ensure the cooker is turned off and cool. Remove the bulb cover inside the oven, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with a new one of the same type. Finally, reattach the bulb cover.
Check that the gas supply is turned on. Clean the burners and igniter with a dry brush to remove any debris. Ensure the control knob is turned to the 'Ignite' position.
Ensure the oven is preheated to the correct temperature and use the recommended rack level for your recipe. Consider using an oven thermometer to verify accuracy.
The fan may continue to run to cool down the oven after use. This is normal and should stop once the oven has sufficiently cooled.
The MTG50LW does not feature a self-cleaning function. Instead, manually clean using appropriate cleaning solutions as recommended in the user manual.
Ensure the cooker is properly connected to the power supply and that the control lock feature is not activated. Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
