To change the temperature settings, locate the thermostat dial inside the refrigerator compartment. Turn the dial clockwise to decrease the temperature and counterclockwise to increase it. Allow 24 hours for the temperature to stabilize after adjustment.
Ensure the refrigerator is plugged in and the thermostat is set to the correct temperature. Check for obstructions in the airflow vents and ensure the door seals are clean and undamaged. If the issue persists, consider contacting customer support for further assistance.
Defrost the freezer section whenever the frost build-up exceeds 5mm. To defrost, unplug the appliance, remove all food, and leave the door open to allow the ice to melt. Clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Use a soft cloth or sponge with a mixture of warm water and mild detergent to wipe down the interior surfaces. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or sharp objects. Rinse with clean water and dry with a soft cloth.
First, ensure the refrigerator is level and not touching the wall or other objects. Check for loose items inside that may vibrate. If the noise persists, it might be due to the compressor or fan, and you should contact a service technician.
Check if the refrigerator is properly connected to power. If the light bulb needs replacement, ensure you use the correct type. Refer to the user manual for guidance on replacing the bulb safely.
Regularly clean the door seals with warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Check for any cracks or tears that may affect the seal. If the door does not close tightly, consider replacing the gasket.
It is not recommended to store hot food directly in the refrigerator as it can raise the internal temperature and affect other stored items. Allow food to cool to room temperature before refrigerating.
After a power outage, check the thermostat settings and adjust if necessary. If the refrigerator does not start cooling, unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system.
Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces, defrost the freezer as needed, check and clean door seals, and ensure the appliance is level. Inspect the condenser coils and clean them if they are dusty.
