To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the refrigerator. Use the arrow buttons to set your desired temperature for both the fridge and freezer compartments.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the vents inside the fridge are not blocked. Also, verify that the door seals are clean and intact. If issues persist, contact customer support for assistance.
The condenser coils should be cleaned every six months to maintain optimal performance. Use a vacuum or a soft brush to remove dust and debris.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Place towels to absorb water and clean up any excess water once defrosting is complete.
First, unplug the refrigerator. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, usually at the top. Remove the cover, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with a new one of the same type and wattage. Reattach the cover and plug the fridge back in.
Water pooling could be due to a blocked defrost drain. Check the drain for blockages and clear any debris. Ensure the drain pan is not full and positioned correctly.
To activate holiday mode, press the holiday button on the control panel until the indicator light turns on. This mode reduces energy consumption while keeping the freezer compartment running normally.
The alarm typically indicates that the door has been left open or the temperature is too high. Check and close the door properly. If the alarm persists, inspect for any obstructions and ensure the seal is tight.
To reverse the door swing, first unplug the refrigerator. Remove the top hinge cover and hinge, then lift the door off. Switch the hinge to the opposite side, reposition the door, and secure with the hinge and cover. Ensure the door seals properly.
Regularly clean the interior and exterior surfaces, defrost the freezer, clean the condenser coils, and check the door seals for any damage. Ensure proper ventilation around the fridge by leaving adequate space between the unit and surrounding walls.
