To initiate the self-cleaning function, press the 'Menu' button, select 'Maintenance', and then choose 'Self Clean'. Follow the on-screen instructions to start the process.
If the oven door does not open, ensure the oven has completely cooled down. If it still does not open, switch off the oven at the main power supply and wait for a few minutes before trying again.
It is not recommended to use aluminum foil on the racks as it can block airflow and affect cooking performance. If necessary, place foil below the food items on a baking sheet.
Check if the oven is correctly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Ensure the correct cooking mode and temperature are selected. If the issue persists, contact Miele customer service.
To clean the interior, use a damp cloth with mild detergent. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. For stubborn stains, use the 'Self Clean' function.
Press the 'Timer' button, select 'Delayed Start', and set the desired start and end times. Confirm your settings to activate the delayed cooking feature.
Unusual noises could be due to loose racks or pans. Ensure all oven accessories are securely placed. If the noise persists, it may indicate a mechanical issue, and you should contact a service technician.
Turn off the oven and let it cool. Remove the glass cover over the bulb, then unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new one of the same type and wattage. Reattach the glass cover.
Regularly clean the oven interior and exterior with appropriate cleaners. Check door seals for damage and replace if necessary. Run the self-cleaning cycle periodically to maintain performance.
Press the 'Menu' button, navigate to 'Settings', and select 'Factory Reset'. Confirm your selection to reset the oven to its original settings.
