To perform a factory reset, go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset. Confirm the reset and wait for the phone to reboot.
Check for power-hungry apps in Settings > Battery. Consider uninstalling or disabling apps you don’t use. Also, reduce screen brightness and timeout settings.
Ensure the charger and cable are working by testing them with another device. Clean the charging port and try a different power outlet. If the issue persists, contact LG support.
Delete unnecessary apps, clear app cache in Settings > Storage, and move photos and videos to a microSD card or cloud storage.
Go to Settings > Wi-Fi, turn on Wi-Fi, select your network, and enter the password if prompted.
Close unused apps running in the background, clear app caches regularly, and consider a factory reset if performance issues persist.
Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons simultaneously for a few seconds until you see the screenshot animation.
Ensure the battery is charged. Try a force restart by holding the Power button for about 10 seconds. If it still doesn't turn on, seek professional repair assistance.
Go to Settings > About phone > Update Center > System updates, and follow the prompts to download and install any available updates.
Navigate to Settings > Lock screen > Select screen lock, and choose a pattern, PIN, or password to secure your device.
