The recommended oil type is a high-quality synthetic 4-stroke oil with a viscosity of 10W-50. The oil capacity is approximately 1.2 liters.
The air filter should be checked and cleaned after every ride in dusty conditions. Otherwise, clean or replace it every 10 hours of riding time.
The valve clearance for the intake valves should be 0.10-0.15 mm and for the exhaust valves 0.12-0.17 mm.
Check the battery charge, inspect the spark plug for wear or fouling, ensure the fuel is fresh, and check the fuel pump and lines for blockages.
For off-road use, the recommended tire pressure is approximately 12-15 psi, while for on-road use, it should be around 22-24 psi.
Adjust the suspension according to the terrain and your riding style. Use the clickers on the forks and shock absorber to adjust compression and rebound. Refer to the owner's manual for baseline settings.
Regular maintenance should include oil and filter change every 15 hours, valve clearance check every 30 hours, and a complete inspection every 50 hours.
Clean the motorcycle thoroughly, change the oil, fill the tank with stabilized fuel, disconnect the battery, and store it in a dry, cool place. Keep the tires off the ground if possible.
Common issues include electrical problems due to water ingress, clutch wear, and regular checking of the fuel line for leaks. Regular maintenance can prevent most issues.
To change the coolant, ensure the engine is cool, remove the radiator cap, open the drain bolt, and allow the old coolant to drain completely. Refill with new coolant through the radiator cap until full.
