To descale the Krups EA829850, fill the water tank with a descaling solution, place a container under the steam nozzle, and follow the descaling program instructions on the machine's display.
Ensure the machine is plugged in, check the power switch, and verify that the water tank and bean hopper are correctly positioned. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
To adjust the coffee strength, use the settings menu on the machine's display to select your preferred coffee strength level.
Check if the water tank is properly inserted and ensure the drip tray is not overflowing. Inspect the seals and hoses for any damage.
Disassemble the milk frother components and wash them with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry before reassembling.
Use medium roast coffee beans for optimal flavor. Avoid oily beans as they can clog the grinder.
Access the settings menu and select the water hardness option. Use the included test strip to determine your water hardness and adjust the setting accordingly.
Ensure the machine is preheated before brewing. You can also adjust the temperature settings through the menu for a hotter coffee.
Replace the water filter every 2-3 months or after brewing approximately 50 liters of coffee, depending on water hardness.
Ensure there are no blockages in the grinder. Clean it regularly and adjust the grind size settings. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact support.
