To set the cooking time, press the 'Time Cook' button, enter the desired cooking time using the number pad, and then press 'Start'.
Check if the microwave is plugged in and the door is properly closed. If it still doesn't start, try resetting the circuit breaker and ensure the control panel is not locked.
Press the 'Defrost' button, select the food type and weight, and press 'Start' to begin defrosting.
Use a mild detergent or a mixture of vinegar and water. Wipe the interior with a soft cloth, avoiding abrasive materials that could damage the surface.
Sparking can occur if metal objects are placed inside or if the waveguide cover is damaged. Remove any metal items and inspect the cover for damage.
The charcoal filter should be replaced every 6 to 12 months, depending on usage, to ensure optimal performance.
Only use microwave-safe cookware. Avoid metal containers and check labels to ensure dishes are microwave-compatible.
Ensure the turntable is positioned correctly on the support and check if debris is blocking its movement. If issues persist, inspect the drive motor.
To mute the sound, press and hold the 'Sound' button for a few seconds until you hear a confirmation beep indicating the sound is off.
After a power outage, simply unplug the microwave for a few minutes, then plug it back in and reset the clock and any preset programs.
