Ensure that the kettle is properly connected to a power outlet and that the outlet is functioning. Check if the lid is closed securely and that the kettle is correctly positioned on its base. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Check if the kettle's lid is properly closed and that the spout is clear of obstructions. Inspect the body for any visible damage or cracks. If the leak continues, it may require professional repair or replacement.
To clean the exterior, unplug the kettle and allow it to cool completely. Use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, as they can damage the finish.
It is not recommended to boil milk in the Korona 20340 Kettle, as it can lead to residue build-up and damage the heating element. The kettle is designed for boiling water only.
The maximum capacity of the Korona 20340 Kettle is 1.7 liters. Do not fill the kettle above the maximum fill line to prevent boiling over.
The automatic shut-off mechanism may be triggered by mineral build-up on the heating element or incorrect positioning on the base. Descale the kettle and ensure it is properly seated on the base.
To replace the filter, open the lid and gently pull out the filter from the spout area. Insert the new filter by aligning it with the grooves and pressing it into place. Ensure it's secure before using the kettle again.
