To descale the Korona 20100 Kettle, fill it with a mixture of equal parts water and white vinegar. Bring the solution to a boil, let it sit for 15-20 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Ensure the kettle is properly connected to a power source and the lid is securely closed. Check the power outlet and try using a different one to verify if the issue is with the socket.
It is not recommended to boil milk in the Korona 20100 Kettle, as it can cause residue build-up and might damage the heating element. Use the kettle for boiling water only.
To clean the exterior, use a damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe the surface. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scouring pads to prevent damage.
The maximum capacity of the Korona 20100 Kettle is 1.7 liters. Ensure not to fill above the maximum level indicator to prevent overflow.
Unusual noises may occur due to mineral deposits inside the kettle. Descale the kettle regularly to minimize noise and ensure efficient operation.
Always place the kettle on a stable, flat surface, and ensure it is away from the edge of the counter. Do not immerse the kettle in water, and keep it away from children.
It is advisable to empty the kettle after each use to prevent mineral build-up and ensure fresh water for each boil.
Check for any obstruction in the lid mechanism and clean it if necessary. Ensure the lid is lined up correctly with the body of the kettle before closing.
Descale the kettle every 1-3 months, depending on the hardness of your water. If you notice scale build-up sooner, consider descaling more frequently.
