To reset the temperature settings, press and hold the "Temperature" button until the desired temperature is displayed. Release the button to set the temperature.
Check if the refrigerator is plugged in and the power is on. Ensure the doors are fully closed and the seals are not damaged. Clean the condenser coils and make sure the vents inside the refrigerator are not blocked.
To defrost the freezer, remove all items and unplug the refrigerator. Leave the freezer door open to allow the ice to melt naturally. Once defrosted, clean and dry the interior before plugging it back in.
Water pooling can be due to a clogged defrost drain. Clean the drain with a mixture of baking soda and warm water, and make sure there are no food particles blocking it.
It is recommended to change the water filter every six months or when the water flow decreases. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for the specific filter replacement process.
Use a soft, damp cloth with mild detergent to clean the exterior. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or scrubbing pads that could damage the finish.
Ensure the refrigerator is level and on a stable surface. Check for any loose parts or items inside the refrigerator that may be vibrating. Adjust the temperature settings if necessary.
Check the ice maker's power switch and ensure it's turned on. Verify that the water supply line is connected and there are no kinks. Clear any ice jams and reset the ice maker if needed.
Keep the refrigerator at recommended temperature settings of 37°F for the fridge and 0°F for the freezer. Ensure door seals are intact and not allowing warm air to enter. Keep the refrigerator stocked but not overcrowded.
To adjust the shelves, remove any items on them, tilt the shelf up at the front, and lift it out of the supports. Reposition the shelf at the desired height and lower it onto the support rails.
