To clean the lint filter, open the dryer door and pull the filter straight up. Remove any accumulated lint by hand or with a soft brush. Rinse the filter under warm water and let it dry completely before reinserting it into the dryer.
First, ensure the dryer is plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. Check if the door is fully closed and the start button is firmly pressed. If the problem persists, inspect the thermal fuse and door switch for faults.
To minimize wrinkling, promptly remove clothes from the dryer once the cycle is complete. Use the 'Wrinkle Guard' feature if available, which intermittently tumbles clothes after the cycle ends.
Check the lint filter and exhaust vent for blockages. Ensure proper airflow by cleaning the vent system. Overloading the dryer can also extend drying times, so avoid large loads.
Regularly clean the lint filter after each load, inspect and clean the exhaust vent annually, and check the drum for any obstructions. Periodically clean the moisture sensor with a damp cloth to ensure accurate drying.
To reset the dryer, unplug it from the power outlet and wait for about 5 minutes. Then, plug it back in and start a new drying cycle.
Noises may be due to loose items in the drum or worn-out parts. Check for any foreign objects and ensure the dryer is level. If noises persist, inspect the drum rollers, belt, and idler pulley for wear and replace them if necessary.
It's not recommended to dry sneakers in the dryer as the heat can damage the shoes and the drum. Instead, air dry them or use a drying rack.
To adjust the drying temperature, select the desired cycle and then choose the appropriate temperature setting. Refer to your user manual for detailed instructions on available settings.
Error codes indicate specific issues with the dryer. Refer to the user manual for a list of codes and their meanings. Common solutions include resetting the dryer, checking for obstructions, or contacting customer support.
