To assemble your Karcher K 3 Power Control, start by attaching the handle. Insert the spray wand into the gun and connect the high-pressure hose to the gun and unit. Make sure all connections are secure.
If there is no pressure, check if the water supply is fully turned on and the hose is not kinked. Ensure the high-pressure nozzle is clean and reattach if necessary.
Regularly clean the water filter and check for blockages. Store the unit in a dry place and release pressure from the system after use. Inspect hoses and connections for wear and tear.
Pulsing typically indicates air in the system or a blockage. Check and clean the nozzle, ensure all connections are airtight, and bleed the air by running water through the unit without the high-pressure nozzle.
Use only Karcher-approved detergents. These are specifically formulated for use with Karcher units to prevent damage and ensure effective cleaning.
To winterize, drain all water from the unit, hoses, and accessories. Store in a frost-free area. You may also use Karcher pump guard to protect internal components.
Check hose connections and seals for tightness. Inspect hoses for cracks or damage, and replace any defective parts. Ensure O-rings are in good condition and seated properly.
The Karcher K 3 Power Control is designed for use with cold water. Using hot water may damage the unit. Always adhere to the manufacturer's specifications.
Use a small nozzle cleaning tool or a straightened paperclip to remove debris from the nozzle tip. Rinse with water to clear any remaining blockages.
To start, ensure the unit is connected to a water source and switch it on. To stop, release the trigger, turn off the unit, and disconnect the water supply.
