To start the Karcher BR 47/35 ESC, ensure it is connected to a power source. Set the main switch to the "On" position and select the desired cleaning program using the control panel.
Check if the squeegee is properly attached and free of debris. Ensure that the suction hose is not clogged and the recovery tank is not full. Clean or replace the squeegee blades if necessary.
Regularly inspect the brushes for wear and debris. Clean the brushes after each use and replace them when they are worn out to ensure effective cleaning.
Use a cleaning solution that is recommended for floor scrubbers and suitable for the type of floor you are cleaning. Avoid using highly acidic or alkaline solutions that could damage the machine.
Ensure the power cord is properly connected and the outlet is functional. Check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset if necessary. Verify that all safety switches are engaged.
Routine maintenance should be performed daily after each use, including cleaning the recovery tank, brushes, and squeegee. A more thorough inspection and maintenance should be conducted monthly.
Store the machine in a cool, dry place. Ensure it is clean and dry before storing, and make sure the power cord is neatly coiled to prevent damage.
To replace the squeegee blades, turn off the machine and disconnect it from the power source. Remove the old blades by loosening the retaining screws, then attach the new blades and secure them with the screws.
Ensure that the brushes and squeegee blades are clean and not worn out. Adjust the brush pressure as needed and verify that the cleaning solution is appropriate for the floor type.
If the machine is battery-powered, follow the manufacturer's guidelines for charging and storage. Avoid completely discharging the battery and store it in a cool, dry place when not in use.
