Ensure the machine is turned off. Connect the battery charger to the charging port on the machine, then plug the charger into a power outlet. Allow the battery to charge fully before use.
Check if the battery is fully charged and properly connected. Inspect the main power switch and ensure it is turned on. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Routine maintenance should be performed after every 50 hours of operation or as specified in the user manual. This includes checking brushes, squeegees, and filters for wear and tear.
Turn off the machine and disconnect the battery. Lift the brush deck, remove the current brush by unscrewing it, and attach the new brush. Ensure it is securely fastened before lowering the deck.
Empty the solution tank completely, then rinse it with clean water. Use a mild detergent if necessary. Rinse thoroughly to ensure no residue is left.
Use a non-foaming, pH-neutral cleaning solution. Refer to the user manual for specific recommendations and avoid using harsh chemicals that could damage the machine.
Check if the squeegee is clean and free from debris. Inspect the vacuum hose for blockages and ensure it is securely connected. Adjust the squeegee height if necessary.
Ensure the brushes are suitable for the floor type and are not worn out. Adjust the brush pressure settings as required and use an appropriate cleaning solution.
Store the machine in a dry, cool place. Ensure the battery is charged and disconnected. Clean the tanks, brushes, and squeegees before storage.
Inspect the solution and recovery tanks for cracks or damage. Check all hoses and connections for leaks. Tighten or replace components as needed.
