To connect your JVC LT-24C660(B) TV to Wi-Fi, go to Settings > Network > Wireless Setup. Select your Wi-Fi network from the list and enter the password if required.
Ensure the volume is turned up and not muted. Check if external speakers or headphones are connected. If using external audio devices, ensure they are properly configured.
