To pair your Intempo Galaxy Speaker with your smartphone, turn on the speaker and enable Bluetooth on your smartphone. Search for available devices and select 'Intempo Galaxy' from the list. Once connected, you will hear a confirmation sound.
If the speaker is not turning on, ensure it is charged by connecting it to a power source using the provided USB cable. If it still does not turn on, try resetting the speaker by pressing and holding the power button for 10 seconds.
To improve battery life, avoid overcharging and fully deplete the battery occasionally before recharging. Keep the speaker at room temperature and reduce the volume level when possible.
Poor sound quality can be due to low battery, so ensure the speaker is charged. Also, check if the connected device's volume is set too high. Try repositioning the speaker to reduce interference.
The Intempo Galaxy Speaker is not water-resistant, so it should be kept away from water and moisture to prevent damage.
The Intempo Galaxy Speaker can only connect to one device at a time. To switch devices, disconnect the current device and pair the new one.
To reset the speaker to factory settings, press and hold the power button and volume up button simultaneously for about 10 seconds until the LED indicator flashes.
The Bluetooth range for the Intempo Galaxy Speaker is approximately 10 meters (33 feet) in an open space without obstacles.
Currently, the Intempo Galaxy Speaker does not support firmware updates. For the latest features, ensure you have the most recent model.
For connectivity issues, try restarting both the speaker and the connected device. Ensure no other Bluetooth devices are interfering, and that the speaker is within range.
