To turn on the Intempo EE2233, press and hold the power button for 3 seconds until the LED indicator lights up, signaling that the camera is powered on.
Ensure that all covers and seals, including the battery compartment and any ports, are securely closed and locked. Check for any visible damage to the seals and test the camera in shallow water before full submersion.
First, check the charging cable and power source to ensure they are functioning properly. Clean the charging port to remove any debris, and try using a different compatible cable or charger. If the issue persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
Connect the camera to your computer using a USB cable. The camera should appear as a removable drive on your computer. Open the drive and copy the video files to your desired location on the computer.
To reset the camera, navigate to the settings menu, select 'Reset' or 'Factory Reset', and confirm your selection. This will restore the camera to its original factory settings.
