To ignite the burners, turn the corresponding control knob counterclockwise to the "High" position and press the knob to ignite the burner. Hold the knob down for a few seconds to ensure the flame is stable.
Ensure that the burner parts are clean and properly assembled. Check the gas supply for adequate flow and make sure the burner cap is seated correctly.
It is recommended to clean the hob after each use to prevent food residue buildup. Deep clean the burners and pan supports at least once a month.
Use a soft cloth with warm soapy water or a stainless steel cleaner. Avoid abrasive cleaners or pads that may scratch the surface.
Check if the hob is connected to an electrical supply. Ensure the power switch is on and inspect the ignition wires for damage. If the issue persists, contact a qualified technician.
Most types of cookware can be used, but ensure they have a flat base for stability and efficient heat distribution. Avoid using cookware with a diameter smaller than the burner.
Immediately turn off all burners and open windows to ventilate the area. Do not use electrical devices or open flames. Contact a professional technician to inspect the hob and gas connections.
Avoid sliding cookware across the surface and regularly clean under the pan supports. Use cookware with smooth, flat bases to minimize contact damage.
Some noise is normal due to gas flow and burner operation. However, if the noise is unusual or loud, it might indicate a need for maintenance. Check for debris in the burners or contact a technician.
Regularly clean the hob and its components, avoid harsh chemicals, and have the gas connections inspected annually by a qualified technician. Proper maintenance and care will prolong its lifespan.
