Use a soft cloth or sponge with warm soapy water to clean the glass surface. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that can scratch the surface.
Refer to the user manual for a detailed explanation of error codes. Common codes include 'E1' for overheating or 'E2' for sensor failure.
Use flat-bottomed cookware made of ferromagnetic material for optimal performance. Avoid using glass, ceramic, or aluminum cookware that is not designed for induction hobs.
Press and hold the lock button for a few seconds until the lock symbol appears on the display. This will deactivate the controls until unlocked.
Regularly clean the hob after each use to prevent residue build-up. Perform periodic checks of the power cord and connections. Avoid placing heavy objects on the glass surface.
To reset the hob, turn it off and unplug it for a few minutes before plugging it back in and turning it on. This can resolve minor software glitches.
Clicking noises are normal and occur when the hob cycles power to maintain the selected temperature. If the noise becomes excessive, consult a technician.
