To adjust the temperature, locate the temperature control dial inside the fridge. Turn the dial to the right for a colder setting and to the left for a warmer setting. Allow 24 hours for the fridge to reach the new temperature.
Check if the temperature setting is correct and ensure the fridge is not overloaded. Make sure the door seals are clean and intact. If the problem persists, inspect the condenser coils for dust accumulation and clean them if necessary.
Ensure the freezer door is sealing properly and avoid leaving it open for extended periods. Check for any obstructions that may prevent the door from closing fully. Regularly defrost the freezer if ice buildup occurs.
The ideal temperature for the fridge is between 3°C and 5°C, while the freezer should be set at -18°C for optimal performance.
It's recommended to clean the condenser coils every 6 to 12 months to maintain efficient cooling and prolong the lifespan of your fridge.
Noisy operation can be due to an unlevelled fridge, items inside vibrating against each other, or a faulty fan motor. Ensure the fridge is level and check that items inside are properly arranged.
First, unplug the fridge. Locate the light cover inside the fridge, remove it, and then unscrew the old bulb. Replace it with a new bulb of the same type and wattage, then reattach the cover.
Check if the fridge is level and inspect the door seals for any damage. Ensure the defrost drain is not blocked, as this can cause water to accumulate and leak.
After a power outage, simply turn the fridge back on and allow it to stabilize; it does not require a manual reset. Check the temperature settings to ensure they haven't changed.
Bad odors can be caused by spoiled food or spills. Clean the interior with a mixture of baking soda and water, and place an open box of baking soda inside to absorb odors. Regular cleaning helps prevent odors from developing.
