To start the Husqvarna DXR 140, ensure the emergency stop is released, turn the ignition key to the 'ON' position, and press the 'Start' button. Make sure the hydraulic system is engaged and all safety checks are completed.
The DXR 140 should have daily checks of hydraulic fluid levels, a weekly inspection of filters and hoses, and a monthly review of the electrical systems. Refer to the user manual for detailed schedules.
Check for any visible leaks in the hydraulic hoses, ensure the hydraulic fluid is at the correct level, and inspect the hydraulic pump for any unusual noises or signs of wear.
Ensure that the remote control batteries are charged, and check the wireless connection settings. If issues persist, refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual or contact technical support.
Secure the DXR 140 using appropriate restraints and ensure it is loaded onto a transport vehicle with sufficient weight capacity. Follow all local regulations regarding transport.
First, depressurize the hydraulic system, then locate and remove the old filter. Install the new filter, ensuring it is properly seated, and re-pressurize the system. Dispose of the old filter according to local regulations.
Enter the maintenance mode via the control panel and follow the on-screen prompts to calibrate the sensors. Ensure the robot is on a level surface during calibration.
Overheating can be caused by inadequate ventilation or hydraulic fluid levels being too low. Ensure that the cooling systems are working and the fluid is at the recommended level.
Operators should wear appropriate personal protective equipment, keep a safe distance from the machine, and ensure all safety guards are in place before operation.
To extend battery life, turn off the remote control when not in use, avoid extreme temperatures, and regularly charge the battery to prevent deep discharge cycles.
