To start a drying cycle, first load your clothes into the drum. Close the door securely and select the desired drying program using the control panel. Press the start button to begin the cycle.
Ensure that the dryer is plugged in and the power supply is working. Check the door is fully closed and the start button is pressed firmly. If the problem persists, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
After each drying cycle, open the dryer door and locate the lint filter. Pull it out and remove any lint by hand or with a soft brush. Rinse it under running water if necessary, let it dry completely, and then refit it back into the dryer.
Longer drying times can be caused by a clogged lint filter, an overloaded drum, or a blocked vent system. Check and clean the lint filter, ensure the load size is appropriate, and inspect the vent for any obstructions.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the lint filter after every use, checking the vent system for blockages monthly, and inspecting the drum seal for wear. Periodically, wipe down the exterior and control panel with a damp cloth.
To use the delay start function, load your laundry and select a drying program. Press the delay start button and set the desired delay time using the control panel. Press the start button to activate the delay timer.
First, ensure there are no loose objects in the drum. Check that the dryer is level and stable. If the noise persists, inspect the drum seal and bearings for wear and tear. Contact a technician if necessary.
It is not recommended to dry sneakers or shoes in the dryer, as it can damage both the footwear and the machine. Instead, use a drying rack or air dry them to avoid potential harm.
To reset the dryer after a power outage, unplug the machine for a few minutes. Plug it back in, and then select your desired drying settings before starting a new cycle.
Check the circuit breaker and ensure the power supply is intact. Inspect the dryer settings to confirm that a heat-based program is selected. If the problem continues, the heating element might need to be checked by a professional.
