To lubricate the belt, apply a silicone-based lubricant under the belt. Lift the belt slightly and apply the lubricant in a zig-zag pattern on the deck, then run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant evenly.
Check if the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is properly attached. Ensure that the circuit breaker is not tripped and inspect the power cord for any damage.
To adjust the belt tension, locate the adjustment bolts at the rear of the treadmill. Use an Allen wrench to tighten or loosen the bolts evenly on both sides until the belt is centered and stable.
Regular maintenance includes lubricating the belt every three months, checking for loose bolts or parts, cleaning the deck and belt, and ensuring the treadmill is on a level surface.
Enter the calibration mode by pressing and holding specific keys as instructed in the manual. Follow the on-screen prompts to recalibrate the incline motor.
Possible causes include a loose or damaged power cord, a tripped safety key, or an overheated motor. Check these components and allow the treadmill to cool if necessary.
First, unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood. Loosen the rear roller bolts and remove the front roller. Slide the old belt off and replace it with a new one, ensuring proper alignment. Tighten all components before testing.
It is not recommended to use extension cords as they can cause power fluctuations. Plug the treadmill directly into a dedicated outlet to ensure stable power supply.
Refer to the user manual for the specific error code. Most errors can be resolved by resetting the treadmill, checking connections, or performing a calibration.
First, check the tension of the belt and adjust it if necessary. Ensure that the belt is properly aligned and lubricated. If slipping continues, inspect the drive belt for wear.
