To calibrate the speed, first ensure the treadmill is turned off. Hold down the speed '+' and '-' buttons simultaneously while inserting the safety key. The display will show 'CAL'. Press the start button to begin calibration, and the treadmill will automatically adjust the speed. Once complete, remove the safety key to exit calibration mode.
First, check the tension of the belt. If it's loose, use the adjustment bolts located at the rear of the treadmill to tighten it. Turn each bolt a quarter turn clockwise and test the belt again. If slipping persists, inspect the deck and belt for wear or damage.
To lubricate the deck, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant along the entire length of the deck. Ensure even distribution by walking on the treadmill for a few minutes at low speed. Lubricate every three months or after 150 miles of use.
Weekly: Wipe down the treadmill with a damp cloth. Monthly: Check the belt tension and alignment. Every 3 months: Lubricate the belt and deck. Annually: Inspect the motor compartment for dust and debris, and ensure all screws and bolts are tight.
First, ensure the treadmill is on a level surface. Turn off the treadmill and unplug it. Plug it back in, and insert the safety key. Select a manual program and increase the incline to the maximum setting, then bring it back to zero. This can recalibrate the incline motor.
Check the power source and ensure the treadmill is plugged in properly. Inspect the power cord for damage. If the display still doesn't work, reset the treadmill by unplugging it for 60 seconds and then plugging it back in. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
A squeaking noise may indicate that the treadmill needs lubrication. Apply lubricant to the belt and deck as instructed in the maintenance guide. If the noise continues, check for loose bolts or components and tighten them as needed.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged into a dedicated circuit. Check the power cord and outlet for issues. Inspect the safety key to ensure it's securely in place. If the problem persists, check the motor compartment for overheating or debris.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the console and handrails. Avoid using harsh chemicals. For the belt and deck, use a mild soap solution. Ensure the treadmill is unplugged while cleaning to prevent electrical issues.
Unplug the treadmill from the power outlet and wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug it back in and insert the safety key. This should reset the treadmill's electronics and resolve any issues caused by the power surge.
