To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Then, carefully lift the belt on each side and apply a silicone-based lubricant underneath. Run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check if the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is properly inserted. If it still doesn't start, inspect the power switch and circuit breaker. Reset the breaker or switch if necessary.
Enter the engineering mode by pressing specific button combinations as mentioned in the user manual. Use the speed calibration setting to adjust and verify the speed accuracy.
Regular maintenance includes checking and tightening bolts, cleaning the belt and deck, lubricating the belt, and inspecting the power cord and other components for wear.
To adjust the belt tension, use an Allen wrench to turn the belt adjustment bolts located at the end of the treadmill. Turn clockwise to tighten and counter-clockwise to loosen. Ensure the belt is centered and runs smoothly.
First, check the belt tension and adjust if necessary. If the belt is still slipping, inspect the drive belt for wear and replace it if needed. Lubricate the running belt as well.
To reset the console, unplug the treadmill for 30 seconds and then plug it back in. Ensure the safety key is inserted properly. This should reset the console to default settings.
Squeaking noises could be due to a lack of lubrication. Lubricate the belt and check for any loose bolts or screws. Tighten any loose parts and ensure proper alignment.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the console, handrails, and frame. Avoid using harsh chemicals. Vacuum around the motor cover and underneath the treadmill to remove dust and debris.
Refer to the user manual to identify the error code. Most codes relate to issues like motor problems, speed sensor errors, or communication faults. Follow the troubleshooting steps provided or contact customer support.
