To assemble the treadmill, start by unpacking all parts and laying them out. Follow the step-by-step instructions in the user manual, attaching the console, handrails, and base using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
First, ensure the treadmill is turned off. Locate the adjustment bolts at the rear of the machine. Use an Allen wrench to tighten the belt until it no longer slips, making quarter-turn adjustments and testing the belt after each adjustment.
To lubricate the belt, turn off and unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt and apply a silicone-based lubricant to the deck under the belt. Spread the lubricant evenly, then plug in the treadmill and walk on it at a slow speed for a few minutes to distribute the lubricant.
Regular maintenance includes checking the belt alignment and tension, cleaning the treadmill surface, vacuuming under and around the machine, and lubricating the belt every three months or as needed.
Check if the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is in place. Inspect the power cord for damage, and ensure the outlet is functioning. If it still doesn't start, reset the circuit breaker on the treadmill.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is inserted. Check the console connections and inspect for loose or damaged wires. If the problem persists, consult the user manual for additional troubleshooting steps or contact customer support.
Use the incline buttons on the console to adjust the treadmill's incline. The incline can be adjusted while the treadmill is running or stopped. Ensure the treadmill is on a stable surface before making adjustments.
Fold the treadmill by lifting the deck until it locks into place. Ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the console, handrails, and exterior. Vacuum around the motor cover and under the treadmill to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water.
Inspect the treadmill for loose bolts and tighten them if necessary. Check the belt alignment and tension, and lubricate the belt if needed. If noises persist, consult the user manual or contact customer support for further assistance.
