Begin by assembling the treadmill according to the manual instructions. Ensure all parts are securely tightened. Plug the treadmill into a dedicated electrical outlet and follow the initial setup prompts on the console to calibrate the machine.
If the belt slips, it may need tension adjustment. First, turn off and unplug the treadmill. Use an Allen wrench to adjust the rear roller bolts equally on both sides to tighten the belt. Make sure the belt is centered and try it under slow speed before regular use.
To lubricate the belt, turn off and unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt edges and apply silicone lubricant evenly along the deck. Run the treadmill at a slow speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Squeaking may indicate the need for lubrication or belt alignment. Check that the belt is properly aligned and lubricated per the maintenance instructions. If noise persists, inspect the roller bearings and contact customer support if necessary.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged into a working outlet and the safety key is properly inserted. Check the circuit breaker on the treadmill and reset it if necessary. If the issue continues, inspect the power cord for damage.
The incline can be adjusted using the incline buttons on the treadmill console. Press the 'Incline +' or 'Incline -' button to increase or decrease the incline to your desired level while the treadmill is running.
Basic maintenance should be performed monthly. This includes checking belt tension and alignment, cleaning dust and debris, and lubricating the belt as needed. Conduct a thorough inspection every six months.
Fold the treadmill deck vertically and secure it with the locking mechanism. Ensure the treadmill is placed in a dry, clean area away from direct sunlight and moisture to prevent damage.
Check if the safety key is still in place and examine the power source for any interruptions. If the treadmill overheats, allow it to cool down. Look for any error codes displayed on the console and refer to the manual for specific troubleshooting steps.
To reset to factory settings, turn off the treadmill. Hold the 'Stop' and 'Speed +' buttons simultaneously while turning the treadmill back on. Release the buttons when the console displays the reset confirmation.
