To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt and apply a silicone-based lubricant to the deck surface under the belt. Spread the lubricant evenly by walking on the treadmill at a slow speed for 3-5 minutes.
If the belt is slipping, first check the tension of the belt. Adjust the tension bolts located at the rear of the treadmill using an Allen wrench. Turn the bolts clockwise to tighten and counterclockwise to loosen.
To reset the console, turn off the treadmill, unplug it, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in. Turn on the treadmill and check if the console has reset.
Regular maintenance includes cleaning the treadmill after each use, checking the belt tension monthly, lubricating the deck every 3-6 months, and ensuring all bolts are tight.
A loud noise could indicate a loose part, improper belt tension, or a need for lubrication. Inspect the treadmill for loose parts, adjust the belt tension, and lubricate the deck if necessary.
To adjust the incline, use the incline buttons on the console. Press the 'Incline +' button to increase and the 'Incline -' button to decrease the incline level.
Check if the safety key is in place and securely attached. Ensure the power cord is properly connected and there is no circuit breaker tripped. If the problem persists, contact customer support.
Place a level on the treadmill deck. Adjust the leveling feet at the base of the treadmill until the deck is even. This helps reduce noise and wear on the machine.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the treadmill after each use, avoiding any electrical components. Use a vacuum to clean under and around the treadmill to prevent dust buildup.
An E1 error code typically indicates a communication problem between the console and the motor. Check all wiring connections and ensure they are secure. If the error persists, contact customer support for further assistance.
