To lubricate the belt, first unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicone-based lubricant along the underside. Distribute the lubricant evenly by walking on the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes.
Check if the treadmill is plugged in and the safety key is properly inserted. Ensure the power switch is turned on. If the issue persists, inspect the circuit breaker and reset it if necessary.
First, turn on the treadmill at a low speed. Use the adjustment screws at the rear of the treadmill to center the belt. Turn the screws clockwise to move the belt right and counterclockwise to move it left.
Regular maintenance includes lubricating the belt every 3 months, cleaning the deck and motor area, checking belt alignment, and inspecting for loose bolts or parts.
Check for proper lubrication and ensure the belt is centered. Inspect the deck for wear and clean any debris. Tighten any loose screws or bolts that may be causing noise.
Ensure the treadmill is properly plugged in and the safety key is inserted. Check the connections between the console and the power supply. If necessary, reset the treadmill by unplugging it for 30 seconds.
Access the calibration mode by holding down the speed increase button and inserting the safety key. Follow the on-screen instructions to adjust and calibrate the speed settings.
Ensure the treadmill is in a well-ventilated area. Regularly clean the motor area and ensure the cooling fan is operational. Avoid using the treadmill for extended periods without breaks.
Check the wiring connections to the incline motor. Ensure there are no obstructions preventing movement. Calibrate the incline using the treadmill's settings menu if available.
Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the console, avoiding excessive moisture. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Regularly dust the console area to prevent buildup.
