Begin by setting up the base frame on a flat surface. Follow the instruction manual to attach the uprights, console, and handlebars securely using the provided tools and screws. Ensure all parts are tightened and the treadmill is stable.
First, turn off and unplug the treadmill. Lift the belt slightly and apply a silicon-based lubricant along the edges. Run the treadmill at a low speed for a few minutes to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Check that the power cord is securely plugged in and the switch is turned on. Inspect the circuit breaker and reset it if necessary. Ensure the safety key is properly inserted into the console.
Adjust the tension of the belt using the tension bolts located at the rear of the treadmill. Turn them clockwise to tighten the belt. Ensure the belt is centered and properly aligned.
Regular maintenance should be performed monthly. This includes cleaning the deck and belt, checking for loose bolts, and lubricating the belt every 150 miles or as recommended.
Use a damp cloth to wipe down the console, handrails, and belt after each use. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Ensure the treadmill is turned off and unplugged during cleaning.
Use the incline buttons on the console to increase or decrease the incline level. The treadmill will adjust automatically to the selected incline.
Ensure the treadmill is plugged in and the power switch is on. Check the safety key and make sure it is in place. If the issue persists, inspect the console wiring for any visible damage.
Access the settings menu on the console and select the calibration option. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the speed calibration process.
Check for any loose bolts or parts and tighten them if necessary. Inspect the belt for wear and ensure it is properly aligned. Lubricate the belt if needed.
