To start a wash cycle, first load your laundry into the drum. Add detergent to the dispenser. Close the door, select the desired wash program using the program selector dial, and press the start button.
If the machine is not draining, check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Also, inspect the pump filter for any obstructions and clean it if necessary. Ensure that the drain hose is positioned correctly.
To clean the detergent drawer, remove it completely from the machine. Rinse it under warm water to remove any residue. Use a brush to clean any stubborn deposits. Dry it thoroughly before reinserting it.
Regularly check and clean the pump filter, detergent drawer, and door seal to prevent build-up of lint and detergent. Run a maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner every month to keep the drum clean.
Unusual noises may be caused by an unbalanced load. Ensure that the laundry is evenly distributed in the drum. Check for any foreign objects in the drum or pump filter. Tighten any loose parts on the machine.
For delicate fabrics, select a gentle or delicate cycle, use cold water, and add a mild detergent. Avoid overloading the drum to prevent fabric damage.
To improve energy efficiency, wash full loads whenever possible, use cold or eco settings, and regularly clean the machine to maintain its efficiency.
Prevent odors by leaving the door slightly open after washes to allow the drum to dry. Regularly clean the door seal and run a monthly maintenance wash with a washing machine cleaner.
If the machine is not starting, check that it is plugged in and the power supply is working. Ensure the door is closed properly. If the problem persists, try resetting the machine by unplugging it for a few minutes.
Before moving, disconnect the machine from the power and water supply. Secure the drum with shipping bolts if available. Carefully transport the machine upright to prevent damage.
