To reset the Hoover HTO552W, unplug the machine from the power source for 5 minutes. Plug it back in and select a washing cycle. This should reset the washing machine.
Check if the load is balanced and not too heavy. Ensure that the drain hose is not kinked or blocked. Also, check if the spin cycle is selected.
Locate the filter at the bottom front of the machine. Turn it counterclockwise to remove it. Clean the filter under running water and replace it securely.
