To reset the Hoover HLSI 363GT 3-S, press and hold the start button for approximately 3 seconds until the display indicates that the reset has been completed.
Ensure the dishwasher is properly plugged in and that the door is fully closed. Check if the circuit breaker or fuse is tripped. If the issue persists, refer to the troubleshooting section of the manual or contact customer support.
Open the dishwasher and remove the lower basket. Twist the filter counterclockwise to remove it. Rinse the filter under running water to remove debris and reinstall it by twisting it clockwise until it locks in place.
Place larger items like pots and pans on the lower rack, and delicate items such as glasses and cups on the upper rack. Ensure that no items block the spray arms for optimal water circulation.
Check for clogs in the drain hose or filter. Make sure the drain hose is not kinked or obstructed. If the problem persists, inspect the drain pump for any blockages or damage.
It is recommended to clean the interior of the dishwasher once a month. Use a dishwasher cleaner or run a cycle with vinegar to remove limescale and detergent buildup.
Ensure you are using a rinse aid, as this helps with drying. Check that the selected program includes a drying phase. Verify that the dishwasher is not overloaded, allowing air to circulate properly.
Consult the user manual for instructions on accessing the settings menu. Adjust the water hardness setting based on the hardness level of your local water supply to optimize dishwasher performance.
Ensure that dishes are properly loaded and not touching each other. Check the spray arms for obstructions. If the noise continues, inspect the pump and motor for any signs of damage.
It is normal for a small amount of water to remain at the bottom of the dishwasher after the cycle to prevent seals from drying out. However, large amounts of water indicate a drainage issue that should be addressed.
