To properly load clothes, distribute them evenly around the drum. Avoid overloading to ensure efficient washing and spinning.
Check if the machine is plugged in and the power outlet is working. Also, ensure the door is closed securely and the start button is pressed.
Locate the filter at the bottom front of the machine. Twist it counterclockwise to remove, then clean it under running water before reinserting.
Check if the load is balanced and not too heavy. Remove some items and redistribute the load. Make sure the spin cycle is selected.
Run a maintenance wash once a month using a washing machine cleaner at a high temperature to prevent residue buildup.
Use a high-efficiency (HE) detergent to reduce suds and ensure effective cleaning without damaging the machine.
Leave the door slightly ajar after each wash to allow air circulation and dry the drum. Regularly clean the detergent drawer and gasket.
Ensure the machine is level by adjusting the feet. Check that the load is balanced and reduce the spin speed if necessary.
Turn off the machine, unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in and restart. Refer to the user manual for specific error code solutions.
Run an empty cycle with hot water and white vinegar or a washing machine cleaner to eliminate odors. Regular maintenance washes help prevent odors.
