To adjust the temperature settings, locate the control panel inside the fridge, use the temperature adjustment dial to set your desired temperature. Refer to the user manual for optimal temperature recommendations.
Ensure the appliance is plugged in and the temperature is set correctly. Check for any obstructions in the air vents and ensure the door seals are clean and intact. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
The freezer should be defrosted whenever the frost build-up reaches about 5mm thickness to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Regularly clean the interior and exterior with a mild detergent, check and clean door seals, and ensure the back of the unit is dust-free. Periodically defrost the freezer and check for unusual noises or leaks.
Unusual noises could be due to an imbalanced appliance. Ensure it is level and not in contact with any external objects. Check for any loose components inside. If noises persist, consult a technician.
Unplug the appliance, locate the condenser coils at the back, and gently clean them using a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment or a soft brush to remove dust and debris.
Water pooling could be due to a blocked defrost drain. Clean the drain hole and ensure it is free of obstructions. Check the door seals for any leaks.
First, unplug the appliance. Access the light bulb cover, usually located at the top of the fridge compartment. Remove the cover, unscrew the old bulb, and replace it with a new one of the same type and wattage.
Higher electricity consumption may be due to frequent door opening, improper sealing, or setting the temperature too low. Ensure the fridge is away from heat sources and the door seals are intact.
It is not recommended to store the fridge in an environment where the temperature falls below 10°C, as this can affect performance. Always refer to the manufacturer's guidelines for storage conditions.
