To start a wash cycle, load your dishes, add detergent, select the desired washing program using the control panel, and press the start button. Ensure the door is properly closed.
Check for clogs in the drain hose or filter. Ensure the sink's drain is not blocked. If the issue persists, inspect the pump for any obstructions or consult the manual for further troubleshooting.
Ensure you are using a rinse aid, and select a higher temperature drying program. Arrange dishes to allow proper air circulation and avoid overloading the dishwasher.
Remove the lower basket, twist the filter counterclockwise, and lift it out. Rinse it under running water to remove debris and clean using a soft brush if necessary. Reinstall by reversing the process.
Check the detergent type and amount, ensure the water temperature is adequate, and clean the spray arms and filters. Hard water may require additional rinse aid or a water softener.
To reset the dishwasher, press and hold the start button for a few seconds until the control panel lights turn off. Wait a few moments, then restart the appliance.
Regularly clean the filters, spray arms, and door seals. Run an empty cycle with a dishwasher cleaner monthly, and check for any leaks or unusual noises.
Place larger items at the sides and back, ensuring spray arms can rotate freely. Avoid nesting dishes and ensure that all surfaces are exposed to the spray.
Noises may be due to items touching spray arms or loose components. Check for obstructions and ensure dishes are loaded securely. If the noise persists, inspect for mechanical issues.
First, check if the dishwasher is properly plugged in and the circuit breaker is not tripped. If the issue persists, try resetting the appliance and inspect for any control panel damage.
