To start a wash cycle, load your laundry into the drum, add detergent, select your desired wash program using the control dial, and press the start button.
Ensure that the machine is plugged in and switched on. Check the fuse and ensure the door is properly closed. If issues persist, consult the user manual or contact customer support.
Locate the filter access door at the bottom front of the machine. Open it, unscrew the filter cap, and remove any debris. Rinse the filter under running water and replace it securely.
Excessive vibration may be caused by an unbalanced load. Try redistributing the laundry or reducing the load size. Also, ensure the machine is on a level surface.
The E03 error code indicates a drainage issue. Check the drain hose for blockages and ensure it is properly connected. Also, inspect the pump filter for clogs.
Regular maintenance should include cleaning the drum and filter monthly, checking hoses for wear every few months, and running an empty cycle with a machine cleaner every few months.
Use a high efficiency (HE) detergent for the best results and to prevent excessive suds. Follow the detergent manufacturer's recommendations for dosage.
Check all hose connections for tightness, inspect the door seal for damage, and ensure the detergent drawer is not overfilled. If leaks persist, consult a technician.
Ensure the load is balanced and not too heavy. Check the spin settings and adjust if necessary. If the problem continues, inspect the drive belt or seek professional help.
Sort laundry by fabric type and soil level, do not overload the machine, use the correct amount of detergent, and select the appropriate wash cycle for the load.
