To ensure optimal washing, distribute clothes evenly in the drum. Avoid overloading by adhering to the maximum weight capacity of 10 kg. Mixing large and small items can improve washing efficiency.
First, ensure the power cord is securely plugged in and the socket is functional. Check that the door is closed properly and the start/pause button is pressed. Also, ensure that the water supply is turned on.
Remove the detergent drawer by pulling it out and pressing the release lever. Wash it under warm water to remove any residue. Use a brush for stubborn deposits, then dry and reinsert it.
Regularly clean the detergent drawer and drum. Check and clean the filter monthly. Inspect hoses for wear and tear, and wipe the door seal to prevent mold buildup.
Ensure the washing machine is level on the floor and all transit bolts are removed. Check if the load is balanced and redistribute clothes if necessary.
Check if the drain hose is kinked or blocked. Inspect the filter for obstructions, cleaning it if necessary. Ensure the pump is functioning properly.
Run a maintenance wash with an empty drum using a washing machine cleaner or vinegar and baking soda. Regularly clean the door seal and leave the door open after cycles to air out the drum.
To reset the washing machine, turn off the power and unplug it for a few minutes. Plug it back in and turn on the machine. This should reset the internal system.
Refer to the user manual for guidance on cycle selection. Use the cotton cycle for durable items, the delicate cycle for fragile fabrics, and the synthetic cycle for mixed materials.
Ensure the machine is clean and dry. Leave the door slightly open to prevent mold. Disconnect the power and water supply, and store in a dry, protected area.
